News
I have now expanded my Yoga Blog into a new blogspot. For introspective musings about art and yoga-related topics, go to

or you can find the link at the top of my Yoga Blog page.
More News:
I am pleased to announce a new page called Guest Poet. My first guest is Yahia Lababidi, a poet "who expresses the deepest of life’s experiences in a bare minimum of words." Soon, I plan to welcome more guests to my “guesthouse” and add related elements to my Poetry Society of Tennessee page.
And yet more news: I now have an online etsy shop! Etsy is a grassroots marketplace where you can buy and sell directly from the artist. For more information on how to buy giclee art prints of my paintings, click on the "Shop" tab above, or go to www.studiowanda.etsy.com
Check out my Yoga Blog for random thoughts on health, healing, bliss, energy, balance, and other yoga-related topics. In July of 2007, I completed Yoga Teacher Training and was certified at the 200 hour level. After taking yoga lessons for two years, I realized that this particular form of "meditation through movement" was what I had been craving for a long time...and the best way to further my understanding of this ancient art was to take teacher training, which turned out to be a beautiful experience. As time goes on, I may actually teach some classes, but for now, yoga gives me added energy for writing and art. It feels so good to take a yoga break after hours of sitting at a computer. I highly recommend it! And don't forget to breathe...
